2004 Syan Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Pyrenees
($39) Dark red. Bright redcurrant and cherry aromas complicated by bitter rhubarb and cracked pepper accents. Tightly wound red berry and cherry pit flavors loosen with air, taking a darker turn toward blackcurrant and bitter chocolate.
