2005 Maria Alvarez Serrano Coto de Gomariz Ribeiro
Light gold. Grassy melon and white peach on the nose, with hints of anise and talc-y minerals. Firm, finely etched citrus and citrus pith flavors display a light, pleasingly bitter character and fresh, snappy finishing tones. Impressively deep and long for such a refreshing wine, not to mention complex.
