($9) Bright pink. Fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas are accented by a kiss of orange peel. Silky, sweet and highly appealing, with vivid red berry preserve flavors and very good persistence. Quintessentially easy-to-chug rosado that will be fantastic with all sorts of summer fare, or on its own.
($15) Deep gold. Heady peach and apricot nectar aromas are complicated by smoky herbs and floral oils. Dried pit fruit and orange marmalade flavors pick up a buttery quality, gaining warmth on the finish. This is more suggestive of a liqueur than a wine; try it with the funkiest, saltiest cheeses.
