($10) Light yellow. Ripe pear and peach aromas betray a slight warmth, with a subtle nutty quality building with air. Fresher in the mouth, showing ripe apple and pit fruit flavors and finishing fleshy and supple. Could use a touch more vivacity but this will work well with richer fish dishes.
