2012 and 2011 Chablis

While neither of the last two vintages was outstanding across the board, both produced many excellent wines in a range of styles.  Despite a short crop in 2012, Chablis prices remain far lower than those for Cote de Beaune whites, and this category remains hot in the marketplace, especially among consumers who appreciate subtlety and restraint in their chardonnays.
