When will I receive my wine?
Wines are usually shipped around the 10th day of each month. At that time your card will be charged.
The bi-monthly club ships in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Are wines shipped during the summer?
Yes. To avoid heat damage during the warm summer months, your wines are shipped in a chilled, insulated container -- at the winery's expense, not yours.

What information do you provide for each wine?
For every handpicked bottle you receive, we'll provide detailed tasting notes, an aging recommendation, and an in-depth producer profile. Best of all, this information will be at your fingertips each time you sign in to WineAccess Monthly.

Can I send a gift subscription?

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
If, for any reason, you choose to stop shipments of WineAccess Monthly, just email us by the end of the month preceding the next shipment, and your subscription will be cancelled immediately at no charge.
