How are wines selected for WineAccess Monthly?
WineAccess Monthly delivers to your door many of the highly-rated wines featured in The WineAccess Buyer's Guide, authored by wine expert Steve Tanzer and published by Barnes & Noble in 2006.

We are able to ship to the following states:

When will I receive my wine?
We typically send out shipments around the 10th day of each month. We charge your credit card at that time.
The bi-monthly club ships in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Do you ship during the summer?
We do. To avoid heat damage during the warm summer months, we -- not our members -- pay extra to deliver the wine faster, and we'll package your wine in a chilled, insulated container for good measure.

What information do you provide for each wine?
For every handpicked bottle you receive, we'll provide detailed tasting notes, an aging recommendation, and an in-depth producer profile. Best of all, this information will be at your fingertips each time you sign in to WineAccess Monthly.

Can I buy more of the WineAccess Monthly wines I've liked?
Yes. At any time, members can reorder wines from any previous shipment as long as supplies last--and all reorders come with shipping included.

Is there a price advantage for reorders?
Absolutely. When reordering, all WineAccess Monthly members enjoy included shipping and great savings--as long as supplies last. Monthly subscribers to The Classic Quartet club receive a 20% discount off each wine's retail price. Bi-Monthly subscribers to The Classic Quartet club and monthly subscribers to The Trio of Reds club receive a 10% discount off each wine.s retail price.

When will I receive my reordered wine?
Reorders will be packed with your next shipment and delivered to you at no extra cost, with the exception of the summer months. Reorders placed during the summer months will be held for shipping in the fall when temperatures cool. Your card will not be charged until your order ships. But don't wait until the end of summer to place your order as the wines will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you need your wine for a special occasion please contact us at monthly@wineaccess.com so we can work with you to expedite your order.

Can I send reorders of club wine as gifts?
No. Reorders of club wines can only be sent to the address where your regular club shipments are received. We do our best to bundle your reorders with you regular shipments. Therefore we can not send reorders to addresses other than the one that your monthly club is sent to.

How can I switch my membership to a different club?

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
If, for any reason, you choose to stop shipments of WineAccess Monthly, just email us by the end of the month preceding the next shipment, and your subscription will be cancelled immediately at no charge.
