Bright yellow-straw. Pungent aromas of lime, lemongrass, dried pear and honeysuckle, with a dusty mineral underpinning. Dry and penetrating, offering tangy citrus and floral flavors that gain weight in the mid-palate. Refreshingly taut and brisk on the finish, which leaves notes of mint and citrus pith behind. I'd give this a couple of years of bottle age, at least.
