Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our prices do not include shipping. Our products are packaged in UPS-approved shippers. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. An order confirmation message will be sent via email. If you reside in a state that does not allow delivery please call us so we can arrange a legal transaction.

AWineSeller Shipping Policy
Per Idaho law, the sale of all alcoholic beverages are considered to be sold in Idaho and title passes to the buyer in Idaho. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Idaho. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

AWineSeller Age Policy

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery MUST show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If there is not a 21 year old person to receive the shipment, most carriers will attempt a second delivery. If during the second delivery attempt there is still not a 21 year old person available to receive your package, it will be returned to AWineSeller.
