Very clear, light straw-yellow. Pungent aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit, lime and anise, plus a hint of tropical fruits; very sauvignon. Then densely packed, almost glyceral, but with penetrating, tart acidity framing the grassy, tropical fruit flavors complicated by chalk and saline traces. This became a bit looser with air, and finished slightly harsh with alcohol.
