The soft tannins complement, not overpower, the plum, cassis and blackberry fruit. Blended from Napa Valley Cabernet grapes originally crushed for the Tom Eddy Cabernet program, the Elodian Cabernet lots are generally softer and more approachable than those destined for the Tom Eddy blend."
