Medium red. Dried cherry, cranberry, spices and underbrush on the nose, with a suggestion of dried herbs. Firmly built but also deep and fat, the fruit tones taking a dark turn with aeration. Finishes on a note of dried cherry, with lingering sweetness. This manages to be lush and structured at the same time.
