Pale yellow. Pungent, varietally accurate aromas of lime, herbs and smoky minerals. Brisk citrus flavors stain the palate, given depth by a subtle note of pear. Light-bodied and refreshing, finishing with good cut and clarity. This will work well as an aperitif.
