Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

All wines sold from are sold at its licensed premises in New Jersey. Title of the goods then passes to the buyer. The buyer must be at least 21 years of age and is solely responsible for all alcoholic shipments. Consequently, all of our wine shipments require an adult signature to acknowledge receipt. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Because several states impose limitations on the type and quantity of alcoholic beverages that may be shipped within their borders, Circle strongly recommends our customers to investigate the law for shipments into the state to which their order is being shipped.

Because of the complexity of wine distribution regulations, we have to limit the distribution of wines based on your shipping destination.

Return Policy

Merchandise Damaged In Shipping

It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Circle. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase by E Mailing us at or calling us at 609 927 2921,and submitting your issue. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Credit Card Refunds

Circle processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns are credited upon receiving the returned shipment. Once a refund has been approved and processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Refunds should post to your credit card within 5 business days (but depending on when your credit card company processes the refund, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the paper statement you receive in the mail).
