Clinton Wine & Spirits' Wine of the Week is The 2008 Tabali Sauvignon Blanc. Tabali was founded in 1993 in the newly-developing Chilean cool climate region of Limari, and here they have found ideal conditions for producing premium wines. The July issue of Wine Enthusiast listed Tabali as a Top-100 Value Brand, and the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Reserva was singled out by the Wine Advocate with a 90-point rating, which provided the following tasting note:
"The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is a great value. It exhibits a fragrant bouquet of mineral, passion fruit, and citrus. This leads to a mouth-watering, vibrant, lengthy Sauvignon that way over-delivers for its humble price."
