I was in Venice, Italy in October 2007 when I first drank peach bellini in San Marco Square while listening to the orchestra perform. I totally enjoyed it. It has a sweet taste like a Moscato and a peach nectar consistency with a hint of rasberry. Simply delicious and makes a wonderful summer cocktail. I brought back a bottle hoping it would be the same and was pleasantly surprised that it was. I searched the internet in hopes of finding more and finally found peach bellini at Total Wine & more.
