Order WineDownbeach Wine & Liquor is committed to total customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your shipment contact Downbeach Wine & Liquor as soon as possible. If there are damaged or broken products, or if you received different vintages, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your shipment. Wines with quality issues, such as corked wines, will be refunded or replaced. If there is a quality issue with your purchase, save the unused portion of the bottle and we will arrange for return shipment to Downbeach Wine & Liquors. We cannot offer refunds on empty bottles.
