60% Pinot Noir; 30% Pinot Muenier; 10% Chardonnay. On the lean, slightly tangy and comparatively austere end of the Rose spectrum and showing angles and edges aplenty, this close-to-wiry wine wants for added richness and range, but even though lemony tartness is its salient theme, it still hits the chalky, mildly minerally marks of real Champagne.
Light orange. Musky blood orange and redcurrant on the nose and palate, an herbal nuance building with air. Chewy and broad, with good finishing punch and a touch of lingering warmth. I'd serve this weighty pink Champagne with roasted chicken or duck - it's definitely more suited to the table than for aperitif duty.
Bright pink with a frothy mousse. Fresh strawberry and raspberry on the nose, with a gentle floral quality adding interest. Round and sappy on the palate, with fresh red berry flavors and a gentle texture. An easygoing, appealingly fruity Champagne that is very easy to drink.
My favorite Champagne!

As in most things in life, price is not related to taste. Most Champagnes are judged by their prices and brand names but very few people take the time to actually taste different kinds of Champagne and select one that suits their particular taste.
It is just like any other wine, it is all about what YOU like.
In my opinion, this Champagne beats any Dom and Perrier hands down! It is extremely dry and refreshing.
Perfect for food pairing or as a superb aperitif.

Wonderful champagne - light and refreshing, would go perfect with strawberries. I'm not an expert but I like this better than much more expensive bottles.
Excellent Brut Rose Champagne
By jolee, December 14, 2001
The Feuillate Brut Rose Champagne has excellent purity of fruit, lively mousse, and a nose and taste of strawberries which continues in the finish as well. A lovely mouthfeel here! This is a wonderful Rose Champagne at what is really a bargain price. It offers a run for the money to much more expensive Champagnes.
