Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are committed to getting our wines to you in the same pristine condition they left our shop. We pack all orders for shipping in FedEx-approved shippers.
EXTREME WEATHER: PLEASE NOTE: Carriers do not insure against heat or cold damage and we cannot assume responsibility for temperature damage during shipment. Please indicate at the time of your order, in the comments section, if you wish for the shipment to be held due to weather. During hot summer and cold winter months we recommend overnight or 2-day shipping, unless you live on the west coast. The default shipping charge is for FedEx Ground, however if you wish for overnight or 2-Day shipping, please indicate in the comments section of your order and you will be contacted with updated shipping costs prior to shipment. During hot or cold months, we typically ship ground packages earlier in the week to avoid having shipments sit in warehouses over the weekend when possible.
We may from time to time delay shipments during extreme weather conditions and will notify you in this event at time of purchase. However, please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to notify us if you require a delay in shipment due to weather or other issues.

Returns for defective products only. Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcoholic beverages under any circumstances. California law prohibits refunds on alcohol purchases. Please make sure your return matches the above listed criteria. You also agree to pay all shipping costs to and from should your return not qualify. If your returned product does not match the applicable criteria listed above your returned product will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
