Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
We cannot ship wine to: AL,AR,DE,IA,KY,MA,MD,MI,MT,NH,NM,OK,RI,SD,UT

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Monster Beverage to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping from NJ to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Monster Beverage is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in accordance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.
The purchaser authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. All packages that contain alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 21, as required by state and federal law.
Return Policy All returns must be in good condition for resale to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We will not perform any refunds for wine damaged due to extreme cold or hot weather while shipping. If you feel that the weather is not good for shipping when you place your order, you can ask us to hold the package for shipping at a later date. We will be happy to do this for you at no additional charge. Make us aware that you want your package held in the "Customer Comments" box during the online checkout process.
