We are less than 3 miles from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. If You're coming from Philadelphia off of the Ben Franklin, take the Route 30 exit off the bridge (on the left). Follow Route 30 for approximately 2 miles, stay in the right lane - do not take any exit ramps.

You will come to a traffic light. On your right will be the PUB restaurant. Bear right onto Route 130 South, and again, stay in the right hand lane. You will have Village Thrift and Howard Hill Unpainted Furniture on your right.

Just past Howard Hill, look for a small, green highway sign on the right side of the road (not overhead!) showing '38-70E, N. Park Drive.' This is a small, jughandle exit that will allow you to make a left hand turn across Route 130 South. Take this exit (38-70E, N. Park Drive) follow it, bearing left to the traffic light. You know you are in the right place if the wacky driving range, Cooper River Golf is on your right. Look across Route 130 and you'll see Cooper River Park - the river is on your right, and the office park is on the left.

Go straight through the light across Route 130, and go only about 100 feet and turn left onto the 2nd driveway. There is a small discreet sign:
