 Château Calissanne is a large, organically-farmed estate in the town of Lançon in the region of Aix-en-Provence Estate Manager, Jean Bonnet produces classic, ripe renditions of red, whites, and rosés (his rosé is almost always the first to be released among our producers - the annual signal that Winter has ended.We also receive some of the Estate's Olive Oil, also organically-farmed, and pressed on-site, with no filtration. It, too is wonderful. |
