Jacques Diebolt releases about 7,500 cases per year of his elegant Champagne. This cuvée is a classic blend of Chardonnay from Diebolt's Premier Cru holdings in Cuis and Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from his holdings northeast of Epernay. The wine shows mid-palate fleshiness from the black fruit, yet retains the elegant style of Diebolt's signature Blanc de Blancs.
