Up until the early 1990’s, the Gasnier family sold their fruit and juice to the négociant market. When Fabrice become old enough to influence the family farm, he convinced his father to slowly migrate towards estate-bottling wine from their 50 acres of prime vineyards in the Coteaux de Cravant, where some of the greatest Chinon is grown. Over the years, Fabrice has refined his work, and now produces delicately concentrated, and very polished wines - a sign of his confidence in his land and his abilities. |
