Bright red. Complex aromas of cherry, sassafras, dried rose and pungent herbs, with a gentle vanilla note. Fleshy, sweet and graceful red fruit flavors are firmed by a bitter cherry quality and pick up dusty tannins with air. Finishes on a juicy note, with lingering cherry and herbal notes.
 Past its prime and too thin, disappointing

Lots of anticipation opening this 2000, but it's probably a year or two past prime drinking with thin body and no soul.
