By PinotBlanc351539, March 25, 2013 New to wine tasting. This wine was rich, acidic when first poured, turned smooth with about 45 minutes of air. Slightly dry? Definitely a sipper over an evening. Strong character from fruit to those smooth tannins. Would buy again.
