Shipping Information
Ocean Wine & Spirits' prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax (where applicable). Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. If for any reason there is any difference than what was quoted, actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. Order confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
All sales delivered within the state of New Jersey are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax.
For all deliveries outside the state of New Jersey, the customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the state of the delivery
Legal Age Requirement. All wine is being sold by Ocean Wine and Spirits. Wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your order with Ocean Wine and Spirits you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 21 years old. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing an alcohol beverage product will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency proving he or she is at least 21 years old
* Preventing Underage Purchases:
AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES!
If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages.
Ocean Wine and Spirits recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person
We offer four shipping options:
1.Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit. For New York City metro, Southern Connecticut, Northern Delaware, and all of NJ, ground service is approximately 2 business day in transit.FedEx Ground does not have a pick-up location for customers to pick up their packages, therefore a business shipping address is recommended for best service.
2. 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
3. Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
4. Local Delivery - Ocean and Monmouth Counties only. Minimum of $500.00 in total order to qualify for a free delivery. For other deliveries in NJ, we offer free shipping with a minimum of 10-case single order, delivered to a single address. No builtups.
Shipping days are Monday and Tuesdays. All orders must be in before 12PM EST Sunday for Monday shipment and 12PM EST Monday for Tuesday Shipments.
We will not refund any shipping charges if your package is returned because there was no legal adult to sign for the package, delivery address was incorrect or delivery was not made after three attempts and returned to store!
