(bottled in April) Bright, pale, green-tinged yellow. Captivating if somewhat austere aromas and flavors of wet stream pebbles, lime, violet and lavender. Then fat and sweet in the mouth, with terrific energy and lift to the middle palate. In a thicker, rather masculine style; in comparison, the Caillerets is more racy and filigree.
