Bright ruby-red. Complex nose melds black raspberry, black cherry, minerals, menthol, clove and chocolately oak. Silky on entry, then sweet and concentrated in the middle. A fruit bomb like the Lujan de Cuyo bottling but this is complicated by saline soil tones and boasts more inner-mouth energy and definition. Builds impressively and spreads out on the back, finishing with very civilized tannins.
