Bright yellow. Musky, reticent aromas of lime and apple skin. Dense, thick and quite dry, offering very good depth but not quite the richness of the Sebastopol Vineyard offering. This is quite muted today and tricky to taste. Winemaker Luc Morlet noted that these vines were the last chardonnay to be picked by Chateau Boswell, and that natural acidity levels were quite sound.
