Bright yellow. High-pitched aromas of pineapple, white flowers and crushed stone, plus a sexy hint of ginger. Ripe, rich and spicy, with a fine grain to the flavors of peach, orange and flowers. Finishes with solid structure and excellent length. "This was entirely in tank by the beginning of last May, like all of our 2010s," said Fabien Moreau, adding that the crus were bottled in August and December of 2011.
