Bright yellow-gold. Ripe peach and melon on the fragrant nose. Fleshy and smooth but energetic too, offering peach and honeydew flavors accented by candied ginger and lemon rind. Packs a punch but remains bright and lively, finishing with good breadth and a bracingly bitter quality.
