(made entirely from 2008 fruit; disgorged February, 2012): Pale straw. High-pitched aromas of lime and lemongrass, with chalky mineral and floral notes adding complexity. Taut, incisive citrus fruit and mineral flavors show impressive clarity and pick up notes of green apple and honeysuckle with air. Clean and nervy on the mineral-driven finish.
Bright yellow-gold. Exotic, highly aromatic bouquet of white flowers, smoky herbs, yellow plum and poached pear, with zesty minerals adding urgency. Powerful and deeply concentrated but surprisingly nervy, with spicy citrus and pit fruit flavors and a late note of anise. With its strong finishing cut and admirable clarity, this very firm blanc de blancs seems much younger than it is and should reward further patience.

Very pale straw-yellow color. Fine mousse. Subtle aromas of flowers and spices. Sweet, creamy and fine, with complex flavors of peach, apple, pear and nutmeg. At once stony and gentle, with a supple, creamy texture and brisk but harmonious acidity. Very nicely balanced blanc de blancs Finishes with lovely length and lingering sweet fruit.
