Expert Reviews
Clean and somewhat simple yet quite attractive for a young wine of its wholly inviting price, this bottling smells of appley aromas with wisps of creamy oak and pie crust toastiness. Bright and slightly round in style with easy-to-like, direct fruit, this wine can often be found at deep discount and turns into a real bargain. GOOD VALUE
Dependable chardonnay

You should keep 2 bottles of this chardonnay at all times. It is a white that is fresh, clean, and fabulous for any occassion. It carries fruity aromas of pear and apple with hints of good oak balanced all in one glass. The slight acidity in the finish could use some work this vintage, but Clos Du Bois has made another dependable chardonnay.

slightly over-rated for the price
Needs work

This wine was only tasteful to me after I decantered it and let it breathe overnight. The astringent finish faded and it became more balanced. The finish then lasted but wasn't something I would recommend. The rinsing was the most enjoyable part of the tasting.
