This is the first Gewurztraminer I have ever tried. It goes well by itself or with food. Sweet taste that is not overpowering, with a mild hint of spice. At $7.99 it's a real bargain that one can afford to keep on hand and serve often. Will buy again.

I was looking for a wine that would: (1) pair well with my husband's barbecued ribs and my spicy Haitian coleslaw recipe; (2) be enjoyable both for me and my husband--who tend to like mostly reds and dry whites--as well as to our guests who usually prefer beer and sweeter wines; and (3) be easy on the wallet. We tried a couple different ones, and this wine is the winner! Very smooth and floral, lightly sweet but not overly so... just a very juicy, tasty, pleasant glass. I think this will be a perfect wine for a casual outdoor dinner party this weekend, and I would enjoy this wine all by itself on a warm summer evening on the back porch, dinner party or no. At $7.99/bottle, I'll definitely be adding this wine to my standard "bottles to keep on hand" list.

This is the first Gewurztraminer I have ever tried. I am typically not a fan of whites in general, but this one was quite a surprise. Not too dry and not too sweet, with a nice finish. It goes well by itself or with food. At $7.99 it's a real bargain, and I am now a fan.

A tasty wine, more sweet than spice I would say. Had it with hot wings and it went very well. Nice for only $8, plus it was sold cold!

Not to sweet with a mild spice.Slight floral bouquet. Very good with Thanksgiving dinner or on it's own.

This is a very good wine for the price. Very well balanced and excellent tasting alternative to other white wines. If you have never tried a Gewurztraminer this would be a good one to try and at a very resonable price.

Well-balanced wine for the price. Sweetness was not overpowering, and was balanced with slight spiciness at the finish. Great with Thai or Chinese food.

THIS GEWURZ IS A WINNER WITH BALANCE AND SMOOTHNESS HIGHLIGHTED BY JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SPICE. I HAD A BOTTLE WITH BAKED HAM AND IT HELD UP VERY WELL. IT IS A DEFINATE VALUE AND AN ENJOYABLE TASTE TREAT.
