Place to Eat: Azurea (One Ocean)

This is the best cuisine in Jacksonville, Florida - hands down. This is the restaurant on the ground floor, over-looking the ocean, at the Remington's One Ocean Hotel. HIGHLY recommend the "adventurous palette" series with the wine pairings - the chef makes non-menu 5-course custom creations that can not be matched, in my experience, in most markets of Jacksonville's size (1 million people). The sommellier (Bob Smith) is very well informed, pleasant, and interested in making sure your food experience is perfectly complimented by the wine.
