• First email: An Order Confirmation telling you we received your order online.
• Second email: The Store Pickup Notification email will be sent to you, on the average, within 48 hours of when your order is placed during store hours.
  
  

What information do I need to pick up my order?

Here’s what you’ll need at the store:

• Order number
  Give a printout of your Store Pickup Notification email to the store associate at the Customer Service Desk.
• Photo ID
  A valid, state-issued ID or driver’s license
• Credit card used for the purchase
  
  

Can someone else pick up my order?

No. For your security, only the person who places the order and whose name is on the purchasing credit card can pick it up. The order number, credit card and a photo ID of the purchaser must be presented at the time of pickup. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card. A manual imprint of your credit card will be made upon pickup. The purchaser must be 21 years or older.

How long will you hold my pickup order in the store?

You must pick up your order within 10 days after receiving the Store Pickup Notification email. After 10 days, your order will automatically be cancelled and returned to the shelf and your credit card will be refunded. Cancelled and/or refunded orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
