Another one of the many reasons why Rieasling, especially German ones, is one of my favorite wine/grapes if not my favorite. I haven't tasted a German riesling below five stars, yet. Very versatile, smooth, refreshing, easy to drink and has a clean finish. It's great with Chinese and other Asian fare or just by itself. It's semi-dryness might tempt you to pair it with some desserts. Drink it cold!
