Perfection

What an amazing hand crafted wine - I was fortunate in that a fancy steak joint mixed up my order (the regular cain cuvee) and I got a bottle of Cain V. So smooth yet full bodied. The petit verdot really shines through on this fruity bordeax style luxury. Ripe, smooth and balanced.
One of the very best meritage's you can buy anywhere.

In spite of its cost, this wine is worth every penny. A fantastic meritage with a long well-established pedigree blended by expert hands. Deep, full-bodied, tannin-rich, berry-in-your-face cabernet-dominant juice with a long even finish. Let it sit for 15 minutes to let the tanins settle down.
