Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
General Information
The Wine Broker prices do not include shipping, handling, foreign duties or sales tax (where applicable). Our products are packed in Fedex approved Styrofoam shippers. Street Addresses and Phone Numbers are required for all shipments. Order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail or fax.
Important: State legislation prohibits shipping to the following states: Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire.
Domestic Shipping and Restrictions
The Wine Broker ships primarily via Fedex ground*. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending upon destination. An approximation of domestic shipping rates would be $8 for the first bottle, $2 for each additional bottle shipped to authorized states. A breakdown of shipping and handling charges for The Wine Broker orders is available by request. Overnight and 2-day shipping services are available*. Rush shipping charges apply. (*excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
International Shipping and Restrictions
The Wine Broker ships international packages via best available carrier. Shipping and duty charges apply. The Wine Broker Wine Clubs do not ship to international destinations.
Return Policy We allow products to be returned only if the product is defective. Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There is no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances. Texas Alcohol and Beverage Laws prohibit these types of refunds.
