Medium red. Powerful, pungent aromas of jammy cherry, lavender and rose oil, tarragon, espresso and dates are almost overwhelming. Thick, viscous and sweet on the palate, with superripe cherry, cassis, creme de mure and mocha flavors building impressively through the long, velvety finish, which comes across today as virtually tannin-free. Dramatic, lush and very sexy.
