Bright, deep yellow. Reticent nose suggests apricot and honey. Then fresher in the mouth than the rather flat and warm Monthelie Les Duresses, but showing the exotic fruity side of chardonnay. Finishes with some alcoholic warmth. For early drinking. The domain owns 2.5 hectares here, with holdings from the bottom to the top of the vineyard and five different vine ages.
