Pale color. Subtle aromas of fresh pineapple, stone and minerals, lifted by a note of hawthorn. Sweeter and suppler than the Grandes Ruchottes, but still quite broad and dry. Offers a compellingly fine-grained texture and mounts impressively on the very long finish, which displays strong minerality without any impression of hardness.
