Located on the old outbuilding of a medieval castle that no longer exits, the Domaine dOrfeuilles was founded in 1947 by Paul Herivault. This vineyard is now cultivated by Bernard Herivault and his son Arnaud, who make every effort to maintain tradition in the cultivation of the vines as well as in production of their wines (All vines will be retrained Organically in 2010-2011). This beautiful sparkling dry Rose made of 100% Cot (Malbec) was made according to the methode traditionale.
