Chateau Beycheville produces elegant, classically styled Saint Julien and in 2010 they have crafted a beautiful, focused wine with good concentration of fruit in a solidly structured frame. More tightly structured and compact than 2009, this will need 10-12 to come out of its shell and will develop well into its second decade. Region: Saint Julien, Bordeaux, France Grapes: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. 59% new oak Drink: 2021 - 2035 "
