Along with Foreau, Huet has been the standard-bearer of the Vouvray appellation for decades, producing deeply concentrated wines of superb clarity, power and longevity. Pinguet is a great proponent of biodynamic viticulture, arguing that these techniques allow terroir to come through more expressively in the finished wines.
