($45) Good deep red-ruby. Spicy aromas of dark berries, leather and fresh herbs, with a note of tobacco leaf. At once supple and lively, with musky red fruit and tobacco flavors and good texture and breadth. Offers good verve and backbone. Finishes with ripe, spreading tannins and good length.
