Bright, full ruby-red. Vibrant nose combines cranberry, pepper, eucalyptus and mellow wood scents. Dense, rich and concentrated, but also nicely delineated; strong cabernet flavors of red and black berries, licorice, mint and cassis leaf. Firmly structured, serious and long. Finishes with substantial but ripe tannins.
