($92; a blend of sauvignon blanc, semillon and muscadelle) Pale, bright green-straw. Penetrating, bright, lightly grassy aromas of tropical fruit salad, passionfruit, honeydew melon and citrus. Sumptuous and creamy yet also fine and restrained, with bright melon and grapefruit flavors, a suggestion of bubblegum from its oak, and refreshing mineral acids. Lingering chalky finish. Give this white blend five years in bottle.
