I generally do not like sauvignon blanc; but bought this on a recommendation; and, found it to be very nice. It is reasonably priced, well balanced, with good fruit and low acidity. We had this with crab-stuff salmon pinwheels; and, it was great! Tonight, we're trying it with paella.

My most frequently bought sauvignon blanc,as this wine is a reasonable price as well as one of the most well balanced sauvignon blanc wines I have ever tasted.The body is medium and has notes of honeysuckle,melon and vanilla.The finish is dry and crisp.This wine pair well with grilled chicken or pork.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ENJOY A FULL BODIED SAUVIGNON BLANC, YOU MUST TRY CASA LAPOSTOLLE. LOTS OF FRUIT FOR AROMA AND PALATE, WITH A LINGERING FINISH THAT SEPARATES THIS WINE FROM MANY LESSER ENTRIES. TRY IT WITH BROILED SALMON FILLETS WITH A TOUCH OF VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND FRESHLY CRUSHED GARLIC.

helen brought it over to get the wedding pictures and look at our bottle tree. it was dry and fruity with a light aroma. sunday 12-28-2008.

Quite an unusual sauvignon blanc. Crisp but rich--good fruit and low acidity. Must try!
