This wine has a strong citrus taste (grapefruit is the flavor I sensed) when it first hits your mouth. It then quickly disappears leaving a lightly dry taste. I would agree that this is a very good value and I would buy again.

This 2007 PG is about as average as it gets. Not too sweet, not overly tart, a bit acidic on the finish there is no shortage of competitive PG's out there including our favorite Campaneta (when you can find it!?!?!). However, this mass produced Gallo offering will do in a pinch.
